The Adopt-A-Geek Fund is a very special way you can help nerds in need. You see, as unbelievable as it sounds, there are some unfortunate geeks out there who can't even afford to buy dice, let alone registration and hotel rooms at Con on the Cob. As fellow geeks, we owe it to ourselves, and to the world, to help our less fortunate brethren and sisthren. To that end, we at Con on the Cob have created the Adopt-A-Geek Fund. All money donated to the fund goes to help pay the registration, travel, and hotel room costs of geeks in need.
     In 2007, thanks to the generous donations of people like you (you know who you are), we were able to provide hotel rooms, gas money, and/or registration badges to over a dozen new friends. With your continued support, let's try to triple that number for 2008!
